Is Brick free?

Yes. Workout logging, the rest timer, Apple Watch, PRs, strength trends, the muscle map and the full exercise library are free, with up to 3 routines and your last 90 days of history. Premium adds Brick Coach, unlimited routines, your whole history, monthly reports and progress photos.

Is Brick on Android?

Brick is on iPhone and Apple Watch, and Android is on its way. Your account and workouts come with you when you switch phones.

Does it work on Apple Watch?

Yes. Start or continue a workout from your wrist, set weight and reps with the Digital Crown, check off sets and get a tap when rest is over. Everything syncs with your iPhone.

Which languages does Brick speak?

English, French and Greek: the app, every exercise name and every instruction. Search finds an exercise in any of the three languages, and greeklish too.

Can I import my workouts from another app?

Yes. Brick imports past workouts and programs from CSV and Excel exports, PDFs and even screenshots.

What is Brick Coach?

A program builder that turns your goal, days, session length and equipment into a plan grounded in training research. Each week it reviews what you did and adjusts the sets per muscle. Building a plan is free; following it is part of Premium.
