How to do the Dumbbell Deadlift
Stand with feet hip-width apart and a dumbbell beside each foot.
Bend your hips and knees and grab the dumbbells with a flat back and chest up.
Push through the floor to stand tall, keeping the dumbbells close to your body.
Lower them under control along the same path without rounding your back.

When you hit the top of the rep range on every set, add 4 kg (10 lb) next session and work back up.
