How to do the EZ Bar Preacher Curl
Adjust the seat so your armpits rest on top of the preacher pad.
Grab the EZ bar with palms up and your upper arms on the pad.
Curl the bar up toward your shoulders.
Lower slowly without snapping your elbows straight at the bottom.
