How to do the Machine Seated Leg Press
Adjust the seat so your knees are bent to about 90 degrees and place your feet on the platform.
Hold the handles and keep your back against the pad.
Push the platform until your legs are almost straight.
Return slowly without letting the weights touch down.

Primary
Secondary
The front of your thighs straightens the knee. Squats, leg presses and lunges with deep knee bend build them; leg extensions isolate them.
