How to do the Machine Belt Squat
Put the belt around your hips, clip it to the machine and stand on the platform with feet shoulder-width apart.
Hold the handles for balance and release the safety.
Squat down by bending your knees and hips, keeping your torso upright and knees tracking over your toes.
Push through the platform to stand up.
